Harsha V Agadi, CEO and president, addresses our distinguished guests and thanks our clients for their support.
Over 200 people recently attended our Summer Party in the auspicious surroundings of the UN Ballroom room at the Four Seasons Hotel Ten Trinity Square in London.
Joined by our Group CEO & President, Harsha V. Agadi, our Global COO Rohit Verma and UK President Clive Nicholls, the event provided the perfect platform to thank our clients for their support, to celebrate our considerable success over the last 12 months and to look at where Crawford is going in the future.
Sharing his views on how the adjusting industry has evolved and how Crawford has evolved in tandem, Harsha highlighted how our firm has transformed in recent years, reorganizing our global service lines to create a “borderless company” and to promote the concept of One Crawford.
“We believe this approach will make us more accessible and accelerate product growth in new markets,” he told attendees, “and makes us stronger partners to you as our industry faces a period of rapid change and transformation.”
However, he concluded, while Crawford is moving forward on multiple fronts, one area where it remains steadfast is on “our commitment to restoring and enhancing lives, businesses and communities.”
His comments were echoed by Rohit and Clive who both took to the stage to share their views on the journey that Crawford has been on in recent years, stand-out moments over the last 12 months and how the company can build on that success to deliver more and offer better value to our clients.
The event was also an ideal setting to promote the recent launch of WeGoLook®, our pioneering on-demand field inspection and verification service which is revolutionizing our ability to handle high-frequency, low-value claims.
Robin Smith, CEO of WeGoLook, was at the event, providing an opportunity for attendees from across the UK to get a first-hand understanding of how the firm is building up its network of Lookers® across the country to support our adjusting efforts from John O’Groats to Land’s End.
The hard work and dedication of Crawford’s next generation was also recognized during the evening, with a number of our UK graduate trainee loss adjusters in attendance and receiving some well-earned praise.
The event was a fantastic way to celebrate what Crawford, and in particular the UK teams, have achieved over the last year, and also to set the tone for the next twelve months as we look to generate more and more opportunities to celebrate our success.
