Loss adjusters from across the US will join leading industry experts to network, learn and exchange ideas
U.S. loss adjusters had a demanding second half of 2017, with record-breaking hurricane and wildfire seasons putting their skills and air miles to the test.
From Sunday 25 February to Thursday 1 March, hundreds of adjusters will attend the Crawford 2018 CAT Conference in San Antonio, Texas, setting a new attendance record.
Attendees will explore new strategies and tools for catastrophe management while discussing pressing industry issues and examining the successes and lessons from last year’s efforts.
The event, which takes place at the Omni San Antonio Hotel at the Colonnade, is a superb opportunity for new and seasoned professionals to network with prominent industry experts as well as the Crawford leadership team and several of our biggest clients.
With a speaker list boasting some of the preeminent voices in the claims field, this year’s program covers topics including drones, fire, flood and auto liability. Delegates can also earn continued education points across a variety of breakout sessions and technical courses including the Part 107 Test Prep for the FAA drone license.
Monday’s opening session will recognize the top performing adjuster of 2017, as well as the Crawford management team, who were instrumental to our success this past hurricane season.
This will be followed by a keynote speech on hail fraud by Steven J. Badger. A partner at law firm Zelle, LLC, Steven represents the commercial property insurance industry both as a plaintiff in large loss catastrophe subrogation matters and as a defendant in weather-related coverage litigation, and his perspectives will no doubt be enlightening.
Other highlights include a panel discussion with U.S. Crawford Claims Services President, Ken Tolson, and WeGoLook® on how technology and drones are set to revolutionize the claims process.
We look forward to seeing you there.
