Having a positive impact on the communities that we serve is one of the things I am most proud to participate in as a business.

Earlier this year, Broadspire® held its annual golf tournament to raise funds for two worthy not-for-profit organizations that help children at risk.

Combining sports, fellowship and business networking, Broadspire’s sixth-annual tournament hosted close to 100 clients, brokers, carriers, business partners and company management to a day on the links of the 18-hole championship golf course of the Turnberry Isle in Aventura, Fla. Activities also included a welcome reception the evening before the tournament, as well as a lunch and silent auction at the conclusion of the event.

As a result, we donated $100,000 to the SOS Children’s Village in Florida and $75,000 to Moving in the Spirit in Georgia. Every year we host this event, I witness how generous our clients, vendors and partners are toward organizations that help positively influence so many children’s lives. It’s a wonderful way to spend the day while raising funds to provide financial support to children in need, and I’m thankful for everyone who made these contributions possible.
