This three-and-a-half-day virtual class is delivered using pre-study online courses and live instructor-led webinars. The course provides the entry-level case manager with the knowledge and skill sets to deliver case management services in the workers’ compensation arena. The webinar sessions are one-half day in length.

This one-week class is delivered using pre-study online courses and live, instructor-led webinar.
