Broadspire® President and CEO Danielle Lisenbey Assumes Active Role in AWiWC
Two industry women’s organizations, the Women Executives in Workers Compensation (WEIWC) and Women in Workers Compensation (WiWC) have decided to join together as a single entity, which is now called the Alliance of Women in Workers Compensation (AWiWC).

Lisenbey: “AWiWC is a think tank of active female thought leaders”
Having served on the advisory board for WEIWC for the past two years, Broadspire President and CEO Danielle Lisenbey joined fellow WEIWC members and assisted with merging the two organizations together. She now joins the group as Secretary.
On achieving the move, Danielle, said: “We were working toward similar goals with similar missions supporting the advancement of women in our industry, so it made perfect sense to combine our talents and strengths.
“The combined organization’s mission is to affect positive change in the workers compensation industry through networking, support, mentoring and collaboration. Our intention is to build upon the momentum created by the WiWC and WEIWC organizations, which formed independently in 2014.
“AWiWC is a think tank of active female thought leaders committed to discussing challenges and emerging trends in the workers compensation industry. Our goal is to provide an environment that allows for open dialogue on industry-specific topics resulting in idea sharing, insight gathering and networking.”
Danielle encouraged colleagues and professionals to view the organisation’s new website http://www.allianceofwomen.org/ to discover everything about the newly merged organization.
“I am thrilled to be a part of the Alliance of Women in Workers Compensation. I look forward to making further contributions toward the advancement of women professionals in the workers compensation arena.”
