This two-week class is delivered using pre-study online courses and live, instructor-led webinars that provide the entry-level casualty adjuster with the knowledge and technical skills necessary to handle casualty claims while under supervision. Pre-study course modules required.
Case Management (virtual) – May 9-12 and May 23-26, 2016
This three-and-a-half-day virtual class is delivered using pre-study online courses and live instructor-led webinars. The course provides the entry-level case manager with the knowledge and skill sets to deliver case management services in the workers’ compensation arena. The webinar sessions are one-half day in length.

This one-week class is delivered using pre-study online courses and live, instructor-led webinar. Both provide the entry-level workers’ compensation adjuster with the knowledge and skill sets to handle workers’ compensation claims while under supervision, in an automated claims handling environment.
