Care Management Services (virtual) – Feb. 8-11, 2016
This five-day class is designed for medical case managers and care managers who deliver ElderCare Services. This is a process-based, service-delivery learning experience. Supervisors and branch managers responsible for the delivery and supervision of these services are welcome to participate.
Intermediate Property (virtual) – Feb. 15-26, 2016
This two-week class enables the graduate to handle commercial property losses by determining coverage and procedures under commercial line policies. Inland and ocean marine; fidelity and crime; boiler and machinery; and commercial condominium policies are discussed. Students learn to handle stock inventory, small-business interruption and mercantile-business interruption losses; as well as to properly apportion losses when more than one policy is involved.
Basic Casualty (virtual) – Feb. 8-19, 2016
This two-week class is delivered using pre-study online courses and live, instructor-led webinars that provide the entry-level casualty adjuster with the knowledge and technical skills necessary to handle casualty claims while under supervision. Pre-study course modules required.
Advanced Property (traditional) – March 7-11, 2016
This one-week class provides experienced property adjusters with business-income claims training. The course enables the graduate to handle mercantile business-interruption losses under various commercial-line business income and extra expense forms.
Case Management (virtual) – March 7-11 and March 21-24, 2016
This three-and-a-half-day virtual class is delivered using pre-study online courses and live instructor-led webinars. The course provides the entry-level case manager with the knowledge and skill sets to deliver case management services in the workers’ compensation arena. The webinar sessions are one-half day in length.
