Care Management Services (virtual) – Dec. 14-17, 2015
This five-day class is designed for medical case managers and care managers who deliver ElderCare Services. This is a process based, service delivery learning experience. Supervisors and branch managers responsible for the delivery and supervision of these services are welcome to participate.

Advanced Estimating & Property – Jan. 25-Feb. 5, 2016
This two-week program involves Xactimate techniques for property losses. Prior to attending, the property adjuster must complete the Xactimate system training. During class, the adjuster will complete multiple practical application exercises. Attendees will be presented with a number of claims and will have to recognize and correct specific errors.
