Advanced Estimating & Property Forum (traditional) – Nov. 9-20, 2015
This is a two-week program. The first five days involves Xactimate techniques for property losses. Prior to attending, the property adjuster must complete the Xactimate systems training. In the class, the adjuster will be completing multiple practical application exercises. Week two of the training will be problem solving. The property adjuster will be presented with a number of claims that have specific errors needing to be recognized and corrected. The adjuster will be challenged to show how the work product can be improved and on how to properly handle the loss. Pre-study course modules required.

Basic Workers Compensation (virtual) – Nov. 2-6, 2015
This one-week class delivered using pre-study online courses and live, instructor led webinars providing the entry level workers compensation adjuster with the knowledge and skill sets to handle workers compensation claims while under supervision, in an automated claims handling environment. Pre-study course modules required.

Conducting an Office Ergonomic Evaluation Class – Nov. 3, 2015
This one day class is delivered using a live instructor led webinar. The course provides the case manager with the knowledge and skill set to conduct a thorough and complete office ergonomic evaluation.  During the course, the following subjects are addressed: definition of ergonomics; physical, cognitive and organizational ergonomics; etiology of discomfort; correct positioning of office equipment and furniture.

Case Management (virtual) – Nov. 9-12, 2015
This 3.5 day virtual class is delivered using pre-study online courses and live instructor-led webinars. The course provides the entry level case manager with the knowledge and skill sets to deliver case management services in the workers compensation arena. The webinar sessions are one-half day in length.
