Basic Workers Compensation (virtual) – Aug. 24-Sept. 4, 2015
This one-week class delivered using pre-study online courses and live, instructor led webinars providing the entry level workers compensation adjuster with the knowledge and skill sets to handle workers compensation claims while under supervision, in an automated claims handling environment. Pre-study course modules required.
Basic Property Loss Adjustment (virtual) – Aug. 17-21, 2015
This two-week class delivered using the PTC 1 certification program developed by and managed by The Institutes and live, instructor led webinars provides the knowledge and technical skills necessary to handle homeowners property claims while under supervision. This course utilizes an online pre-study and an instructor led, Web based class combined with a skill application lab. Pre-study course modules required.
Case Management (virtual) – Aug. 17-20, 2015 and Sept. 8-11, 2015
This 3.5 day virtual class is delivered using pre-study online courses and live instructor-led webinars. The course provides the entry level case manager with the knowledge and skill sets to deliver case management services in the workers compensation arena. The webinar sessions are one-half day in length.
