Case Management (virtual) – March 2-5, March 23-26 and April 6-9, 2015
This 3.5 day virtual class is delivered using pre-study online courses and live instructor-led webinars. The program provides the entry level case manager with the knowledge and skill sets to deliver case management services in the workers compensation arena. The webinar sessions are one-half day in length.
Short Term/Long Term Disability (virtual) – March 9-12, 2015
This three day virtual class provides the case manager with the skills to handle the various types of STD/LTD cases. The case manager will learn to identify the characteristics of disability case management and will be able to distinguish between the short and long term disability factors that impact eligibility for benefits. The case manager will be able to apply the provisions of the employer’s benefit plan and consider available medical and vocational information in order to develop a realistic case management plan.
