Crawford’s Brian Flynn Talks Technology with Wall Street Journal

“If you’re buying something off of the shelf, you’re like everybody else,” Brian Flynn, Crawford’s CIO, tells the Wall Street Journal. “We feel like [custom software] gives us a competitive advantage.”
